Event Production:  Lucid AV will be your audiovisual liaison before, during, and after your event. We will handle all pre-event planning and contact, event direction and support, and post-event follow up and evaluation. We will provide expert service and feedback while working within your budget. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and secure that all audiovisual aspects of your event are being handled professionally and to your satisfaction.

Facility Management:  We have produced events in cities throughout the U.S, working in hotel meeting space, trade centers, exhibit halls, etc. We know the procedures for coordinating room setup and logistics for any type of meeting facility. Provide us with your attendee numbers and desired seating configuration, and we can work with the facility staff to provide the optimum room specifications for your events.

Equipment:  We offer the most state of the art, efficient audiovisual equipment available. We can handle all of your equipment requests, planning, rentals, setup, and operation. We acquire new equipment regularly, implementing this new gear into our inventory on a regular basis. This increases aesthetics and confidence, while decreasing chance of equipment failure.

Media Production:  Specific media can be generated for or during your events as part of our event management package. We offer video production and duplication, Power Point and data presentation production, and audio or musical duplication and production.

Mobility:  Our travel flexibility make it more feasible for Lucid AV to manage your events nationwide. As our objective is to become your exclusive AV provider, having the ability to dispatch familiar people and our reliable equipment becomes an important factor in managing all of your events, regardless of location. We are very active in the western U.S., and have managed events in many cities across the country.
